Rear Window grinding wheel is made of diamond powder, using metal or alloy powder as the bonding material, through mixing, hot pressing or cold pressing sintering. Application range: Widely used in grinding high quality rear window automotive glass.

The wheels are used to achieve with equipments including Bystronic and Bando.

The quality of the edging of glass is smooth and delicate so as to suit OEM manufacturing mode.They are widely used in tempered line and GT line of automobile glass factories. They have long life and good stability, which can satisfy the high beat needs of on-line production.

DAOTIAN will restore your diamond wheel to its original condition at redress centers using our NC Electrode Discharge Machining (EDM) process. We also offer special Quick Start wheel profiling for high-speed grinding with immediate startup and no ramp up to produce a high-quality glass. It can effectively improve the quality of edge grinding and reduce the chips.
