Seal 301

The material of seal 301 is carbon to ceramic. But if you want improve quanlity, you can change to silicon to silicon, carbon to silicon or silicon to tungsten carbide. The rubber usually choose NBR. The temperature is -20℃to 100℃. If you want use it in hot water, please choose viton to instead. The pressure of the 301 is less than or equal to 0.5 Mpa.

The speeds of seal 301 is less than or equal to 10m/sec. Please use it in clean water. Otherwise the sediment will get in and cut the service life in half.
Seal 301 is mainly used in water pump and circulation pumps, especially in QB60 pumps. It can replaceable for BT AR type. We have all the mould from 8mm to 70mm, all the rubber mould. From shaft size 30mm, we will use metal cup to hold the rubber to avoid its disassembling after long time. The color of ceramic could be yellow and white for clients choice.
